Privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
Aula is a product of New Odyssey (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on the Aula website and waitlist, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- The email address you give us when you join the waitlist, and anything you choose to tell us about how you’d use Aula.
- How you found us: campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, the referring website, and the page you landed on.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept to stop spam and abuse. We don’t store the address itself.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To confirm your place on the waitlist and email you when Aula is ready for you, including launch pricing.
- To understand which channels bring interested people to Aula, so we spend our marketing effort well.
- To prioritise what we build first, using what people tell us they need.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for any other New Odyssey product without your consent.
Who processes it
Our website and database are hosted by Render in the United States, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both act on our instructions and keep your information secure.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until Aula launches and you’ve had the chance to sign up, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time, or leave the waitlist, by emailing clio@new-odyssey.com. We’ll act on your request within 30 days.
